Clients who are not able to attend the auction may leave an absentee bid with us. The auction master will try to get the best possible price for you during the auction in accordance with the maximum limit given excluding 20% costs. When more than one bid for the same amount is received for one lot, the lot will be sold to the bid we received first. Please ensure you complete the bid form in clear block capitals and ensure we receive it within 24 hours of the start of the auction. You can also fax your bid to us on the faxnumber below obn the form. Winefield’s is not responsible for bids which are not received on time or are not completed adequately. If your bid is successful you will be contacted by Winefield’s as soon as possible after the auction has finished. You may also call us to find out if your bid was successful.
