Collection after the auction

All purchases must be paid for and collected within 5 days of the auction. They can also be paid for on the day of the auction (in cash or with a debit card using PIN number) at the AAG premises and collected at our warehouse at the Rustenburgerstraat 38 - 42.

You can also choose to collect your items the following week from our office on Pieter Aertszstraat which is only open for collections on appointment. If the items are not collected within the time stipulated here, Winefield’s reserves the right to deposit the items in storage at the client’s cost and risk. Purchases may only be collected after proper payment has been received. Please phone beforehand if you wish to collect your items, then we can have them ready for pick up and you avoid turning up when the office is closed.

Package and Transportation

If you are not able to collect your items personally in Amsterdam, Winefield’s will professionally package and send your purchases to any address either in the Netherlands or abroad. We can arrange insurance if necessary. We can also send your purchases to the ‘Wijnhuis’ in Eindhoven free of charge, where you can arrange to pick them up on any working day. Packaging and transportation charges are to be paid by the buyer and at his own risk, even if Winefield’s has sent the package. We can also arrange for another quote for package and transportation on written request.
